About us
Vietnamese workers are not short of places to look for jobs. What they lack is somewhere to turn when real life happens: a decent job, clear answers about their rights, advice when they fall ill or when things get hard at home, a way to earn a little more, and a community so that being far from home does not mean being alone.

10UP aims to become the digital infrastructure behind the jobs, income and daily life of Vietnamese workers.
A job matters, but people usually look for one only at a certain moment. Labour law, health, children, family, loneliness and the need to earn a little more come back every week, every month. That is the gap today's options leave open.
| Criteria | Job groups on social media | Ordinary job apps | 10UP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where jobs come from | Open postings, hard to verify | Moderated, but impersonal | Real jobs from factories and trusted staffing partners |
| Legal and health support | Almost none | None | Real experts, free advice, on a regular schedule |
| Emotional life | None | None | Friendship, entertainment, sharing, someone who listens |
| Extra income | No clear mechanism | Rarely offered | Selling, collaboration and transparent referral commission |
| A reason to come back daily | Only while job hunting | Only while job hunting | Jobs, experts, community and income |
These are the rules we set for ourselves, and we are happy to be held to them by workers and partners alike.
10UP serves workers and employers at the same time, two groups who need each other. Factories need to hire and retain people; workers need jobs, protected rights and genuine care. We play the role of a platform that connects, never a place that amplifies conflict.
Every feature is introduced through a concrete benefit: find a job, ask an expert, earn a bit more. Community grows naturally out of that. It is not a label we stick on from day one.
Workers have met far too many untrustworthy offers online. So every job listing, every piece of advice and every reward mechanism on 10UP must be transparent and verifiable. Trust lost once is very hard to win back.
The support team
No platform yet has a team of real experts giving free advice across the many sides of daily life, dedicated to blue-collar workers. That is where we invest the most. Every evening after the shift ends: one topic, live, and recorded so nobody misses out.
Monday
Contracts, pay and bonuses, insurance, rights when leaving a job.
Tuesday
Night-shift health, nutrition, preventing common illnesses.
Wednesday
Staying close to your children from afar, guiding teenagers.
Thursday
Keeping a marriage strong when a couple lives apart.
Friday
Untangling relationship worries, getting through loneliness away from home.
Saturday
Music nights, singing for workers, meeting neighbours around the housing area.
Sunday
Learning a trade, new skills, paths to promotion, sharing experience.

Ask privately, without revealing who you are, about things that are hard to say out loud: marriage, relationships, health.
Urgent support for what cannot wait for the evening slot: a workplace accident, a large amount of unpaid wages.
Experts are verified for identity and expertise before they advise anyone. Advice goes through a review process and there is a channel to report concerns. On law and health we draw a clear line between general information, professional advice, and the point where you need to see the right authority or specialist in person. We will never let you believe an answer in the app replaces professional legal or medical services.

Annual programme
For people working far from home, the one thing they long for each year is to be home for Tết.
At the end of each year, 10UP plans to work with trade unions, transport operators and partner factories to cover bus tickets and Tết gifts for workers in difficult circumstances so they can go home. We want this to run every year, not as a one-off publicity event.
Planned programme. The scale and locations for each year will be announced ahead of Tết.
We recognise commitment and contribution to the community, not how many times you open the app.

A monthly allowance, plus training in mentoring and community support.
We go deep in a few industrial parks before we go wide, because a community effect only means something when it is dense in one place.
Phase 1
Make sure there are always real jobs on the platform, pilot the expert programme in key industrial parks, and build the first group of local representatives.
Phase 2
Expand to neighbouring industrial parks, complete the nightly live schedule, and start working with local unions and the press.
Phase 3
Run the Homecoming Bus and the recognition system properly, and measure ourselves on commitment and trust instead of download counts.
Whether you are a factory, a staffing partner, a union or an expert who wants to walk alongside workers, we would love to hear from you.
